There are usually several sets of towels so I can use one set one day and use the 2nd set the next day. Does this count as doing my part to "save the environment"?AVCr8teurhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17791962268368737548noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8034970.post-90437411481627782192008-11-04T06:54:00.000-08:002008-11-04T06:54:00.000-08:00Most hotels in Asia have those flyers. So depending on which sie you put on your bed during housekeeping you will get either a new towel or not.

For me once the flyer flew off the bed due to the AC blowing too strong and I ended up with old towel :(Andrew Tanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11152177062657327545noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8034970.post-58701491420182688622008-11-01T21:23:00.000-07:002008-11-01T21:23:00.000-07:00Viva peer pressure.I've never had those flyers in ...Viva peer pressure.

I've never had those flyers in my hotel rooms.

Then again, we only stay in cheapish hotels on occasions that happen once every three years or so.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8034970.post-85178539567658060072008-11-01T03:59:00.000-07:002008-11-01T03:59:00.000-07:00The hotel flyers should be opt-in instead of opt-o...The hotel flyers should be opt-in instead of opt-out. They should ask you to check the box if you do want a fresh towel. Then, when you are too tired to follow the instructions, you won't get a new towel and it will be your own fault and you will save the world (and money for the hotel).

Hotels should learn from the airlines: business first, customers second.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
