Heroes and Job Security

If you don't follow Heroes, you will have no idea what I'm talking about.

How is it that Horn Rimmed Glasses guy still has his job at "Primatech" or whatever it is he works for?

He captures the serial killer.

The serial killer then kills his top aide who was instrumental in the organization's success.

Then he lost the serial killer he just captured.

According to the graphic novels at the Heroes website he trained and then lost "Wireless" and Isreali Hero who can hear and access all electronic communications.

He let the invisible guy get away years ago.

And he seems to erase his wife's and daughter's memories every week.

Must be a civil service gig.
