Why obesity is growing in America

You could say it's because we take something like the humble cracker and inject Cheez [sic] into it. We make up new things to fill our arteries because things like Cheese just aren't cutting it. Too much blood and is still getting through.

But I'm not going to disparage the humble Cheez-It and its salty, Cheezy goodness. It's not the problem.

The problem is that those addicting, orange, heavenly squares aren't quite good enough.

No.

As a people we want --

Nay.

We DEMAND more.

We demand bigger.

We demand more Cheez.

We are America.

We demand:

BIG CHEEZ-ITs.

We are killing ourselves, and our kids, with food.

Those actually look really good! I don't think they have those up here in Canada. :o(

It amazes me what we put in our bodies. We fill ourselves with this overly processed stuff, and then we take more overly processed stuff in the form of chemicals to help fix the problems we caused by the first overly processed stuff.

I admit to eating those cheeze-its, (Jalapeno flavor thank you very much)but only on rare occasions and even then only a few of them.

You're right. Another little known fact is that the sun is just a big, round Cheez-It.

Couldn't have said it better myself.. I'm currently going back on my portion control, and its hard as hell to do when you ask for small or "kiddie size" portions. I end up with either a lot of doggie bags, or simply cook at home..

reading nutrition labels these days is like reading a horror novel for your body. Shop smart and stick to the outside of the supermarket
(produce, meat, bread and dairy.) Skip the middle and you'll save calories and money.
